Broccoli Salad

Yields: 6-8 servings

5 cups of chopped fresh broccoli
1 cup diced celery
½ chopped red onion
½ cup raisins
9-12 pieces of bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbl. cider vinegar combined

  1. Mix salad and add dressing; mix again, then chill and serve.
