Let’s Dish: Easter & Passover Favorites
Celebrating the springtime season of birth and renewal at our Let’s Dish! Easter & Passover Favorites on Sunday, April 9th!
Each attendee was asked to bring a homemade prepared (or ready to warm up) appetizer, salad, side, main, dessert, or cocktail to share with the group. In keeping with the theme, dishes can be anything from brunchtime dishes or traditional Easter and Passover treats. The dish could be an old favorite, or something new to try

Marinated Shrimp

2 pounds Gulf Wild Shrimp
Marinade:juice and rind 2 small juicy lemons
1/2 cup California Arbequina olive oil
salt
pepper
cayenne
Chopped fresh thyme rosemary
chives
chervil
tarragon
garlic
ginger
All to taste…around a teaspoon of eash.Fresher summer herbs…have more flavor..these were older from Columbia super market herbs..so a litttle dull in flavor
