From bean to bar, we will get a behind-the-scenes insight into the chocolate-making process (did you know that chocolate comes from a fruit?) and sample the delicious confections made at this local facility.
We will experience the unique taste of each chocolate bar, sourced from cacao-growers around the world. The chocolate will be paired with wine or spirits and will also be available for purchase.
This event is open to 20 Culinary Guild members and guests. The cost is $15 for members and $25 for nonmembers.
